為幫青年創業找錢、鼓勵新創團隊能放眼全球，建立前往國際市場的橋樑，新北市長朱立倫昨（6）日以見證人的身分，參加新北青年創業基地「新北創力坊」，與馬來西亞民間創投公司TinkBig Venture及新加坡資訊通信投資Infocomm Investments Pte Ltd.（IIPL）簽署合作備忘錄。朱立倫表示，希望透過台、星、馬三方新創圈，打造亞洲創業生態重鎮。
新加坡資訊通信投資私人有限公司是個創投公司，不僅從事創業投資，也投資多家創業加速器，同時也經營國際知名的新加坡創業聚落及共用工作空間BASH（Build Amazing Startups Here），為世界級的重要創業生態經營者。
TinkBig Venture為馬來西亞新興科技創投，提供早期投資基金，協助新創事業建立投資及產業發展的必要協助，聚焦在電信產業創新及行動物聯網的新創培育。
朱立倫表示，新北創力坊在去年4月已與全球排名前10的美國矽谷FOUNDERS SPACE簽署MOU，積極協助團隊前往美國矽谷接受短期培訓，以開拓新創團隊視野並體驗國際籌資與產業人脈的重要性。
這次新北創力坊為新創團隊持續打造國際合作平台，分別與新加坡IIPL及馬來西亞TinkBig Venture簽合作備忘錄，就是要藉此強化國際性的創業輔導與合作機制，目標將新北市打造成台灣的青創首都。
新北市府經濟發展局表示，新北創力坊將與IIPL辦理「Technopreneur Action Group, Taiwan Chapter（TAG）」，共同營造雙邊創業者的社群網絡與交流活動，並協助彼此的創業團隊短期進駐，發展在地業務機會；也將與TinkBig提供台灣新創企業進入馬來西亞共同培育機制，給予在地產業連結、工商發展輔導、創業投資及培育空間提供等服務，並積極協助拓展東南亞市場。
