居住中和區，高齡88歲的高奶奶，30年前台北市立動物園剛搬到木柵時，曾全家一起去遊園，至今都沒再去過。
奶奶的丈夫早逝，靠著修理腳踏車拉拔三個孩子長大，兒子身體狀況不佳，女兒遠嫁他鄉，獨居多年，因不良於行，鮮少外出，孤單的奶奶，笑容越來越少；98年華山介入服務後，定期關懷訪視，並在春秋兩季郊遊，帶奶奶出去活動活動。
馬前總統一路推著高奶奶，由70歲義工關阿姨擔任導覽員，阿姨曾在動物園工作37年，退休後開始擔任義工，她陪著高奶奶及馬前總統觀賞梅花鹿、台灣山豬、台灣黑熊、台灣獼猴。
華山基金會秉持「在地老化、在家終老」理念，17年來已於全台設立372個愛心天使站。近年來，許多醫學文獻鼓勵老年人運動，適度運動可促進血液循環、增進身體機能，使長者能應付日常生活達到健康且樂活的功能。
因此，華山基金會除免費提供關懷訪視、原床泡澡、陪醫、年節關懷等服務外，也定期舉辦春季郊遊、秋季登高、運動會及歌唱聯誼等活動，誠摯邀請各界民眾加入「因為有您-送愛到家」認助行動，或加入到宅服務義工行列，一同把服務與關懷送進長輩家。愛心專線：02-28363919分機208張小姐。
